葛

根は漢方に、茎は籠や織物に、葉は染色に、若芽は食用に、と、余すところ無く役に立つ植物です。
北米に帰化し、「kuzu」で通ってしまうほど市民権を得ています。

Kuz/Arrowroot

Its root is used for medicine,its stalk for basket and textile,its leaf for dyeing,its shoot is for eating...
Thus this plant can be used without any waste.
It was introduced in North America and now is so popular as to be called "Kuz".
